The Greystone management team was carefully built with some of the most talented and experienced manufacturing professionals. Several of our management team have been with Greystone for 20 and 25 years, allowing them to contribute an immense amount of industry and Greystone knowledge. Our newer team members bring decades of senior level management experience in manufacturing and international business with extensive educational backgrounds.

Robin Drummond

President & Chief Executive Officer

Robin was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Greystone Energy Systems Inc. in July of 2015. He is also a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining the GES team, Robin held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer within various business units at GTECH. He has over 20 years of experience in Senior Management/Leadership roles. Robin has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, Canada. He is active in community organizations and currently serves as Chair of the New Brunswick Adoption Foundation and President of the Board of the local United Way.

Scott has been with Greystone for 24 years and in his current role for 18. He is a veteran of the building controls and HVAC industry and has extensive knowledge of the systems and applications relevant to Greystone and our clients. As Vice President of Sales, Scott oversees overall coordination, functional management and leadership of sales initiatives for Greystone. Key functions include development and execution of sales strategies, key account management, and management of the global sales team.

A strong supporter and advocate of the principles of LEAN he champions all levels of the organization to focus on value-added activities, continuous improvement, the reduction of waste and the pursuit of operational excellence.

Financial Controller

Danny joined the Greystone team in 2010 as our Controller. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the finance and administration aspects of our business, including Accounts Payable & Receivable, Payroll, Treasury, Financial Statement preparation, and Budgeting. Danny has over 35 years of experience in the Accounting field with 17 of those years as a Controller in a manufacturing environment.

Quality Assurance Manager

Francinis Joined the Greystone team in 2016 as Quality Assurance Manager. She has been instrumental in improving our quality performance and driving a culture of continuous improvement, focused on meeting our customer requirements and maintaining our quality standards and ISO 9001 certification. She brings more the 10 years’ experience in the Quality Management field, strategic planning, LEAN Manufacturing, 6 Sigma and Product and Process development. Francinis holds a B.S in Industrial Engineering and MSE from Western Michigan University. She is a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001-2015, ISO 13485 and FDA 21CR Parts 820. She also has her 6 Sigma certification.

Francinis Joined the Greystone team in 2016 as Quality Assurance Manager. Mary Helen McDonald

Mary Helen moved to New Brunswick from Boston Massachusetts in 1994. She earned her Masters Degree at University of Moncton in 2012. She has her certificate in Purchasing from PMAC and continues to further her education through edX. Mary Helen has extensive experience in identifying competitive sourcing opportunities and is actively leading a variety of cost reduction initiatives with Greystone. She has worked at large international companies and smaller start ups as well as being a small business owner herself for four years. Mary Helen is passionate about volunteering, women’s issues, the environment, and animal welfare.
