Greystone Leadership

The Greystone management team was carefully built with some of the most talented and experienced manufacturing professionals. Several of our management team have been with Greystone for 20 and 25 years, allowing them to contribute an immense amount of industry and Greystone knowledge. Our newer team members bring decades of senior level management experience in manufacturing and international business with extensive educational backgrounds.

Robin Drummond

Robin Drummond

President & Chief Executive Officer

Robin was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Greystone Energy Systems Inc. in July of 2015. Prior to joining GES, Robin held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer within various business units at GTECH in the gaming sector and spent 12 years with Alcatel in sales, marketing and business development. He has over 25 years of experience in Senior Management/Leadership roles. Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree. He is active in community organizations and currently serves as Chair of the Moncton Industrial Development Board and a past Chair on the New Brunswick Adoption Foundation and is a past President of the Board of the local United Way.

Robin was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Greystone Energy Systems Inc. in July of 2015. He is also a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining the GES team, Robin held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer within various business units at GTECH. He has over 20 years of experience in Senior Management/Leadership roles. Robin has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, Canada. He is active in community organizations and currently serves as Chair of the New Brunswick Adoption Foundation and is a past President of the Board of the local United Way.

Vice President of Sales – EMEA & APAC

Scott joined Greystone in 1993 and has been in his current role since 1999. He is a 35 year veteran of the building controls and HVAC industry and has extensive knowledge of the systems and applications relevant to Greystone and our clients. As Vice President of Sales, Scott oversees overall coordination, functional management and leadership of sales initiatives for Greystone. Key functions include development and execution of sales strategies, key account management, and management of the global sales team.

Scott joined Greystone in 1993 and has been in his current role since 1999. He is a 35 year veteran of the building controls and HVAC industry and has extensive knowledge of the systems and applications relevant to Greystone and our clients. Michael joined Greystone in July 2023, as Vice President of Sales – Americas.  Michael has over 20 years of experience in the building automation industry and he has worked in a variety of roles, including senior-level leadership. Michael is driven to build a high-performing sales team by providing effective leadership and strategic guidance, aiming for enduring and sustainable growth. Michael holds two degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from Acadia University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from DeVry University. Michael has extensive experience and a proven track record for success.

Michael joined Greystone in July 2023, as Vice President of Sales – Americas.  Michael has over 20 years of experience in the building automation industry and he has worked in a variety of roles, including senior-level leadership. Currently responsible for Manufacturing, Materials & Warehousing Operations he was integral to the planning, design and successful delivery of Greystone’s 2016 Moncton, NB facility expansion initiative. Brian has over 20 years of leadership experience gained across a broad range of technical manufacturing operations within early-stage, medium-sized and multinational organizations. A strong supporter and advocate of the principles of LEAN he champions all levels of the organization to focus on value-added activities, continuous improvement, the reduction of waste and the pursuit of operational excellence.

Terry is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who joined the Greystone team in 2021 as our Vice President of Finance.  His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the finance and administration aspects of our business, including accounts payable & receivable, payroll, treasury, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and supporting the senior leadership team with strategic direction planning.  Terry has over 25 years of experience in the accounting field with the past 20 of those years as a senior finance leader in a manufacturing environment.

Darren has over 25 years of experience in Operations and holds a degree in Engineering from Dalhousie University. He began his career as an Industrial Engineer at Lock-Wood and moved to IGT where he held several positions in Operations and Manufacturing: Director of Operations, Senior Director of Global Manufacturing, and most recently as Senior Director, Technology. Darren’s extensive background in Operations and Manufacturing will make him a trusted and knowledgeable addition to the Operations Team.

Robert LeBlanc joined Greystone in May 2024 as the Director, Warehouse & Logistics. Robert has over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations, in a variety of industries and companies. Robert has been a Partner/Co-Owner at AMJ Campbell/Premiere Van Lines for the last four years. He also spent 10 years with Atlantic Lottery Corporation, beginning as Manager, Logistics & Facilities Operations before being promoted to Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics Operations. Robert also spent four years at Spielo Manufacturing, moving from Logistics Coordinator to Warehouse Supervisor. Robert has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University, additionally, Robert obtained his designation as a Supply Chain Management Professional in 2010.

She has more than 10 years of experience in providing full-cycle HR support including talent acquisition, coaching, and employee engagement. Her primary focus is to lead and supervise the HR functions within Greystone Energy Systems Inc. by promoting effective HR practices and working closely with the management team to implement and strengthen the organization.

Bruce joined Greystone in 2017 as a Senior Design Engineer, bringing with him over 30 years of Design Engineering and Engineering Management in the communication, certification and gaming industries.

Bruce is responsible for directing the Engineering team for new product development and continuous improvement of existing product lines. Bruce leads an experienced design team from initial product concept through approvals and calibration to manufacturing.  Engineering will focus on developing reliable and cost-effective designs for the commercial and light industrial sensor market.
