HTX2 and HTX3 – High Accuracy Humidity/Temperature Transmitters
The HTX2 and HTX3 High-Accuracy Humidity and Temperature Transmitters are designed for environmental monitoring and control systems that demand exceptional accuracy and long-term stability. Their state-of-the-art design integrates digital linearization and temperature compensation to ensure precise and reliable performance in critical applications. Both models feature a Thermoset polymer-based humidity sensor for highly accurate and reliable measurement.
- HTX2 incorporates a highly accurate Bipolar Transistor Sensor Chip for temperature measurement and offers greater flexibility with default variables of relative humidity (RH) and dry-bulb temperature, plus field-selectable Dewpoint, Enthalpy, and Wet Bulb Temperature. Selected variables are available as dual analog outputs (2X), as well via BACnet® or Modbus communication protocols, providing a versatile monitoring and control solution.
- HTX3 utilizes a precision Class A Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) for temperature sensing and provides two standard measurement variables: relative humidity (RH) and dry-bulb temperature. Both variables are available as dual analog outputs (2X), delivering a streamlined and efficient control solution.
A durable weatherproof polycarbonate enclosure protects the electronics in both models, featuring a hinged and gasketed cover for ease of installation and protection in demanding environments. The sensing elements are encapsulated in a stainless-steel probe with a 20 Micron PTFE filter.
